“Having worked in caravan parks during my early 20s I was a little dubious about hypnosis after seeing holiday makers hop on one foot at the command of the entertainer!
However, during my initial consultation we discussed how self destructive behaviour was affecting my life, my relationships and my mental health. Anna told me she will be able to help me (and that I definitely wouldn’t be hopping on one leg on command!)
I’m so happy I decided to trust Anna and the process. I can’t divulge too much information but I can say that so many aspects of my life have changed for the better!

“I came to Anna because I had an underlying level of anxiety (probably from 25+ years as a teacher, the effects of the pandemic and a recent significant bereavement), and I am so glad I did.
Anna explained fully how the process would work and explained the way anxiety affects the brain and body, and we got to work.
Listening to a nighttime audio and then having weekly sessions over a couple of months and then moving to less frequent sessions, I quickly found that my anxiety was waning and, by session seven, it had gone completely.
Anna is personable, puts you at ease, and takes you through the process in a calm and relaxing way. It is like an hour spent with a friend, even though she is professional throughout.
